19:36 – Managing, keeping track of Donations for grade-level Teacher, Staff, and Parish Appreciation. Here’s an example of a disclaimer we like to use in our communications regarding Teacher Appreciation Donations:
We are gathering funds to gift teachers and staff throughout the year. All funds collected from both [X] grade classes will cover: 1) Teacher and support staff Christmas gifts, 2) Teacher Appreciation Day gifts in February, 3) an event in [ASSIGNED MONTH] honoring the full staff, and 4) End of the year teacher gifts. The suggested donation is a one-time donation of $X. But, please remember that we are a Fair Share school. Donations are voluntary and any amount you can contribute is very much appreciated.
